Adam’s Pristine Acres (APA) provides total landscape solutions to many Home Owner Associations throughout Loudoun and Fairfax Counties. It is our mission to recognize and fulfill the expectations and needs of our customers. Here is some additional information on how we will accomplish this mission:
- SCHEDULING: Our management and administrative teams shall promptly report any delays due to adverse weather conditions. Any work delayed by weather shall be re-scheduled for the next available day.
- CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY: Our management team and employees take pride in being stewards of the properties we manage. “Your Property is Our Priority” is not just a motto, but also a promise. As such, we will always look to identify and suggest opportunities to enhance the appearance of the grounds as well as protect the safety of the residents.
- ADDITIONAL OR EXTRA WORK: We accept our fiscal responsibility to the community and shall professionally and reasonably submit proposals for additional services or extra work not specified within the grounds management contract.
- IDENTIFICATION: All work crews and employees of Adam’s Pristine Acres shall be clearly identified to residents by the presence of work vehicles and uniforms with the Adam’s Pristine Acres’ logo.
- COMMUNICATIONS WITH MANAGEMENT: Upon award of contract, Adam’s Pristine Acres will designate a Project Manager to the property to serve as the key point of contact to the homeowner association’s board of directors and/or management. This Project Manager will ensure the full execution of the contract by remaining available by phone and email, attending inspections, onsite meetings, and comittee/board meetings during business and non-business hours, and regularly communicating progress as well as reporting any future problem areas. Our management team will advise community management when planning application of any substance that may be hazardous to residents and their pets.
- INVOICING AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Invoices will be submitted each month for the requested maintenance services accompanied by an itemized list of items completed in the given period of performance.
- MAXIMUM TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES: Our project management team schedules recurring work in a manner to complete tasks in the time period outlined in the contract. This timetable will remain a high priority unless severe weather prohibits achievement.
